The Delhi High Court has ruled in favour of law aspirants, directing the consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) to revise the CLAT PG 2025 answer key and release corrected results.
This decision follows multiple petitions from students who flagged errors in the evaluation process.
A bench led by Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya reviewed objections to several questions and confirmed necessary corrections for two of them. However, the challenge to the third question was dismissed after judicial review. In addition, the court criticised the Rs 1,000 fee imposed per objection, calling it “excessive and disproportionate.” The consortium has been advised to reconsider its fee structure to ensure fairness.
With this ruling, thousands of candidates can anticipate revised results soon, potentially impacting admissions into premier law schools across India.
