Odisha School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond announced that the CHSE Plus 2 results will be released within the next couple of days, putting an end to the anticipation of over 3.9 lakh students who appeared for the board examinations in March.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, Minister Gond assured that there would be no further delays, and students could expect their results shortly. The evaluation process, which began in April with over 16,000 examiners assessing answer scripts, is now in its final phase.
This year’s board exams were conducted across 1,276 centres in Odisha, covering Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational streams. Strict anti-malpractice measures, including CCTV surveillance and a five-tier squad system, ensured fairness in examinations.
Additionally, with May 20 being the last date for Plus 3 admission applications, the minister urged the Higher Education department to consider extending the deadline to accommodate students awaiting their results.
