Traffic Advisory Issued for Ayushman Bharat Launch Event At Bali Yatra Ground

The much-anticipated Ayushman Bharat Scheme is set to be inaugurated on April 11th, 2025, at Lower Bali Yatra Ground in Cuttack, Odisha.


In preparation for the grand event, the Commissionerate Police has issued a comprehensive traffic advisory to manage the increased vehicular movement and ensure the safety and convenience of citizens.

Key traffic diversions have been planned for the day, focusing on major intersections and roads leading to the event venue. Heavy vehicles will face restrictions, while emergency vehicles like ambulances and police remain exempt.


 

Check Traffic Route & Diversions:-

  1. Vehicles coming from Sikharpur Chhak will not be allowed towards Matamatha Chhak via Ring Road. These vehicles will be diverted at Jobra Chhak.
  2. Vehicles coming from Chahata Chhak will not be allowed towards Jobra chhak via Ring Road and will be diverted at Cantonment police station Chhak. They may avail the road towards Madhukunj Park via Cantonment Chhak.
  3. No vehicles will be allowed from Biju Pattanaik Chhak towards the old cantonment via Dayashram – Ring Road.
  4. No vehicles will be allowed from Girnar Hotel Chhak towards Mahanadi via Ring Road. They may avail the alternate route i.e. OPA Chhak via Madhusudan Statue.
  5. No vehicles will be allowed from Chandi Chhak towards Old Cantonment police station and they will be diverted at P.H.D office.
  6. Heavy vehicles coming from Sikharpur chhak will not be allowed towards Jobra Chhak. These vehicles may avail the alternate roads.
  7. Heavy vehicles from Kalia Boda will not be allowed towards Jobra Chhak. They can avail the road towards OMP chhak by taking a left turn at Kalia boda Chhak.
  8. Heavy vehicles from Trisulia chhak will not allowed towards Belview Chhak and will be diverted at Trisulia Chhak.
  9. Heavy vehicles coming from Nuapatna Chhak will not be allowed towards CDA via Madhusudan Setu and will be diverted at Nuapatna Chhak.
  10. No vehicles will be allowed towards Belview chhak from DPO Gada from 4 pm to 6 pm. They will be diverted at DPO gada.

Citizens are urged to adhere to the advisory to avoid penalties and disruptions. Officials have promised swift action to address any unforeseen congestion or issues during the event.
