Team India made two strategic changes to their playing XI for the fifth and final T20I against New Zealand at Seddon Park, Hamilton.
Pace spearhead Bhuvneshwar Kumar and mystery spinner Varun Chakaravarthy have been recalled to strengthen the bowling attack for the crucial series finale.
The additions add depth and tactical variety to India’s lineup, with Bhuvneshwar bringing early swing and Varun offering mystery spin in the middle overs.
After being asked to bat first by New Zealand, India aim to leverage their bolstered bowling attack while setting a formidable total on a favourable Hamilton pitch, setting up a high-stakes encounter to close out the series.
