Driven by strong word-of-mouth and a compelling original narrative distinct from its Malayalam counterpart, the film maintained a solid hold over its first weekday without resorting to discounted ticket strategies.

According to trade tracking portal Sacnilk, Drishyam 3 earned a net collection of ₹19 crore on its first Tuesday across 16,075 shows. This brings its total domestic net collection to ₹216.50 crore, with the India gross reaching ₹259.80 crore.
