120 Bahadur, the newly released action-drama from Excel Entertainment and Trigger Happy Studios, has made a promising start at the box office.
The Farhan Akhtar and Raashi Khanna starrer registered an opening day collection of ₹2.4 crore and has now witnessed a remarkable 100% growth on Day 2, according to early estimates.
The film’s upward trajectory reflects strong word-of-mouth, with young viewers and family audiences driving higher occupancy in afternoon and evening shows on Saturday. Industry trackers suggest the trend points to a robust weekend ahead.
A Story of Valour
120 Bahadur narrates the extraordinary bravery of 120 Indian soldiers from the 13 Kumaon Regiment during the iconic Battle of Rezang La in the 1962 war. Farhan Akhtar portrays Major Shaitan Singh Bhati, PVC, the fearless leader who, along with his men, stood firm against overwhelming odds. The film’s central message, “Hum Peechhe Nahin Hatenge,” encapsulates their unwavering resolve and patriotism.
