In a disturbing discovery, the decomposed body of a man was found inside the toilet of the Bhubaneswar–New Delhi Duronto Express near Satya Nagar Washing Line.
The Government Railway Police (GRP) identified the deceased as Shiv Kumar, a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear. GRP officials have seized the body and initiated a full-scale investigation. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death, while efforts are underway to contact the victim’s family.
Authorities are probing how Shiv Kumar came to be aboard the train and whether foul play is involved.
