Twin City Police Commissionerate Reshuffles 10 Inspectors

Administrative reshuffle aims to strengthen public service delivery and operational efficiency across key police stations.

In a strategic move to enhance public service and meet administrative requirements, the Police Commissionerate Bhubaneswar-Cuttack has ordered the transfer and posting of ten Inspectors across various units.


The reshuffle, formalised under C.O No. 1645 /CP-Personnel, is subject to confirmation by the Police Establishment Board (PEB).

Among the notable changes, Inspector Niranjan Behera and Inspector Chinulata Das have been posted to Capital Police Station, while Inspector Swarnaprava Jena continues at Bharatpur P.S. Inspector Rupesh Kumar Pradhan has been reassigned as Addl. IIC at Chandaka P.S, and Inspector Smruti Ranjan Palta Singh will now serve as Addl. IIC at Balipatna P.S.

Inspector Bikash Kumar Palei is the only officer posted to Cuttack UPD, taking charge of CC & E.O P.S.

All officers are to be relieved immediately to assume their new responsibilities.
