To give emphasis to children belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Disadvantaged Group (DG) under Rule 12(1)(c) of the RCFCE Act, 2009, the Directorate of Elementary Education conducted the third round of online centralised allotment through the RTE Paradarshi Portal today.
The registration process for the third round began on May 22 and continued till July 1, 2026. A total of 3,937 applications were received, of which 3,139 were verified by Block Education Officers (BEOs).
These verified applications were placed for the online lottery held on July 6 at 4:00 PM in the chamber of the Director, Elementary Education.
Following the lottery, 2,446 students were successfully allotted seats across schools in Odisha. The admission process will commence on July 7 and remain open till July 15, 2026.
