The Shree Jagannath Temple administration in Puri has uncovered a fraudulent scheme involving fake websites that deceive devotees in the name of Bhakta Nivas.

Chief Administrator Arabinda Padhee has requested the Director General of the Crime Branch to take legal action against the culprits.

Bookings for Bhakta Nivas are only conducted through the temple’s authorized websites (www.shreejagannatha.in and www.stayatpurijagannatha.in). However, fraudsters have created counterfeit websites to mislead devotees and collect money. Additionally, a fake bank account has been found linked to the scam.

The temple administration has urged immediate intervention from the Crime Branch to address this serious matter and ensure the safety and trust of devotees.
