The body of a youth who went missing in the Brahmani River on July 10 was recovered on Thursday morning, bringing closure to a tense search operation.
The incident traces back to a clash in Chandiposh police limits, where villagers allegedly attacked four youths on suspicion of goat theft. Amid the chaos, one of the youths reportedly jumped into the river out of fear and went missing.
After days of relentless search, his body was finally recovered from the river on Thursday. Police reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
