While thousands of supporters gathered to celebrate the historic victory, violent clashes, looting and vandalism erupted in several locations, leaving one person dead, more than 200 injured and nearly 900 people arrested, according to French authorities.
PSG Victory Sparks Nationwide Celebrations
PSG supporters poured into the streets of Paris after the club’s Champions League triumph. Large crowds gathered near the Eiffel Tower, the Champs-Elysees and other iconic locations to celebrate one of the biggest achievements in the club’s history.
