The National Green Tribunal (NGT) will host a significant two-day National Conference on ‘Environment–2025’ at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, from March 29 to 30.
President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu will inaugurate this landmark event, which promises to serve as a platform for discussions on pressing environmental issues.
The conference, themed around sustainable environmental management, will feature four focused sessions addressing air quality, water quality, forest conservation, and key takeaways. Prominent figures, including Supreme Court and High Court Judges, policymakers, and environmental experts, will lead the sessions.
A highlight of the event is an innovative exhibition titled “Environment – Students’ Perspective,” showcasing university-led environmental projects. Additionally, NGT will release an e-Journal and a commemorative book ‘Voice of Nature’, highlighting significant milestones in environmental law and advocacy.
The conference symbolizes a collective stride towards addressing India’s environmental challenges, fostering collaboration, and raising public awareness.
