President Droupadi Murmu is scheduled to embark on a two-day official visit to Odisha on July 14 and 15, during which she will attend key educational and cultural events in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
On July 14, the President will participate in the convocation ceremony at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, underscoring her emphasis on healthcare and higher education.
The following day, July 15, her itinerary will take her to Cuttack, where she will grace multiple prominent occasions. These include:
- The Ravenshaw University convocation, where she will address graduating students.
- The foundation stone-laying ceremony for the new Ravenshaw Girls’ School.
- A floral tribute at the statue of Adikabi Sarala Das, honouring Odisha’s literary heritage.
- Attend as Chief Guest at the prestigious Kalinga Ratna Awards 2024 ceremony, celebrating excellence in various fields.
