Leading Odia daily Pragativadi celebrated Vishwakarma Puja with much fervour and religious devotion on Thursday at its office premises in Bhubaneswar.
The annual festival honouring the divine architect and engineer, Lord Vishwakarma, brought together members from the editorial, administrative, technical, and printing press teams.
Special rituals and worship were performed near the machinery and publication equipment to seek divine blessings for uninterrupted operations and productivity.
The event saw active participation from senior management and key dignitaries, including Pragativadi Director Dr Mona Lisa Bal, Editorial Director Lalit Pattajoshi, Executive Editor Birupakshya Tripathy and Chief Financial Officer Ramakanta Samantara.
Following the completion of the traditional Vedic rituals and aarti, a community feast (prasad sevan) was organised for all staff members and guests.
The celebration concluded on a joyous note, reflecting strong camaraderie and shared dedication across all departments of the organisation.
