PM Modi Lights Up Durga Puja Festivities in Delhi’s Chittaranjan Park

On the auspicious occasion of Maha Ashtami, Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Chittaranjan Park in Delhi to participate in the Durga Puja celebrations.


PM Modi remarked that Chittaranjan Park is well-known for its deep connection to Bengali culture. He emphasised that the celebrations there truly embody the spirit of unity and cultural vibrancy in our society.

The Prime Minister offered prayers for the happiness and well-being of all citizens. He also shared highlights from the celebration, stating, “Highlights from a very memorable Durga Puja celebration in Delhi! May there be joy and prosperity all around.”

The Prime Minister posted on X;

Today, on the auspicious occasion of Maha Ashtami, I went to Delhi’s Chittaranjan Park to take part in the Durga Puja celebrations. Chittaranjan Park is known for its strong association with Bengali culture. The celebrations truly reflect the spirit of unity and cultural vibrancy in our society. Prayed for everyone’s happiness and wellbeing.
