Ollywood actor Satyaki Mishra has alleged that he received death threats over ownership disputes related to ancestral property and a family-run business establishment.
According to Mishra, the conflict centers around the ownership of Cuttack Student Store, a well-known publishing and stationery outlet. He accused the sons of his two elder uncles of threatening him and his family.
On February 6, Mishra claimed that the accused entered his house and issued threats to kill his elderly father. He lodged a complaint at Purighat police station, but no action followed.
Seeking justice and protection, Mishra met the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) and appealed for immediate intervention. He requested security for his family and urged authorities to ensure a fair investigation into the matter.
The allegations have created a stir in Cuttack, with locals expressing concern over rising disputes linked to property and business ownership. Mishra’s appeal highlights the need for swift police action to prevent escalation.
