Bhubaneswar: Odisha is expected to witness dry weather conditions in the coming days due to the absence of any significant weather system, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). However, several districts are likely to experience dense fog during early morning hours.
Following a drop of 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in recent days, the minimum temperature is predicted to rise, leading to warmer nights. “Night temperatures are likely to gradually increase by 2-4 degrees Celsius over the next three days, with no significant changes thereafter,” the IMD stated.

Shallow to moderate fog expected in Koraput, Nabarangpur, Gajapati, Ganjam, and at isolated places in Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Rayagada, and Nayagarh.
Yellow Warning: Dense fog likely at one or two locations in Koraput, Nabarangpur, Gajapati, and Ganjam.
Day 2 (From 8:30 AM, February 10 to 8:30 AM, February 11, 2025):
Shallow to moderate fog anticipated in Gajapati, Ganjam, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Angul, and Dhenkanal.
Yellow Warning: Dense fog likely at isolated places in Gajapati, Ganjam, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapada, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Angul, and Dhenkanal.
Residents are advised to exercise caution while commuting during early morning hours due to reduced visibility.
