Jharsuguda: Preeti Biswal, a Class 10 student from Odisha, had the unique opportunity to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi during Pariksha Pe Charcha 2024, a special initiative where PM Modi interacts with students to help them manage exam-related stress.
Preeti, hailing from Jharsuguda, was among the selected students for the event. During the session, she asked the Prime Minister how to deal with exam stress after facing challenges despite her hard work. In response, PM Modi advised students to approach exams like festivals rather than fearing them.
Upon her return to Odisha, Preeti was felicitated by Jharsuguda MLA Tankadhar Tripathy and Collector Aboli Sunil Narvane at the District Mineral Fund Conference Hall. She later shared her experience with fellow students, encouraging them to apply PM Modi’s strategies for overcoming stress.
Speaking to OTV, Preeti expressed her gratitude for the opportunity, stating, “Meeting PM Modi was an inspiring moment for me. His words have changed my approach toward exams. From now on, I will treat them like festivals and not be afraid.”
She also emphasized the importance of co-curricular activities to maintain a clear mind and reduce stress. The event’s video was showcased to her classmates, who were excited and motivated by her interaction with PM Modi and students from across India.
