The Government of Odisha announced a major reshuffle in the Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) cadre through a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department on April 23, 2026.
The order includes transfers and new postings for senior officers across departments such as Health and Family Welfare, Sports and Youth Services, Skill Development, ST & SC Development, and Tourism. The notification directs all controlling authorities to relieve the transferred officers within seven days.
