Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has arrived in Mumbai to participate in the prestigious India Maritime Week (IMW) 2025, scheduled from October 27 to 31.

As Guest of Honour at the inaugural session, CM Majhi will spotlight Odisha’s strategic vision for port-led development and coastal economic growth.

A high-level delegation from Odisha is already engaging with investors, maritime leaders, and industry experts in Mumbai. The state government is positioning Odisha as a gateway to sustainable maritime trade, backed by its strategic ports, skilled workforce, and investor-friendly policies.

This visit also marks the completion of 500 days of the Majhi-led government, reinforcing its commitment to inclusive development, industrial expansion, and job creation.

India Maritime Week serves as a national and international platform for collaboration in port development, the Blue Economy, and innovation in maritime trade. Odisha’s participation underscores its ambition to become a leading maritime hub in eastern India.
