A six-year-old boy, Shivu Rout, was found dead in an abandoned stone quarry at Chargotha village in Odisha’s Jajpur district.

Shivu, who had been missing since the previous evening, was discovered floating in the water accumulated in the deserted quarry.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community, with villagers pointing fingers at the boy’s father, alleging foul play in his death. To maintain peace in the area, police forces have been deployed. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of death and the circumstances leading to this tragedy.

As the village mourns the loss of a young life, the mystery surrounding Shivu’s death continues to unravel, leaving residents with heavy hearts and unanswered questions.
