International sand artist Manas Kumar Sahu welcomed BRICS delegates with a unique 15‑minute sand animation at his studio in Puri.
The presentation highlighted themes of unity, friendship, peace, and global cooperation among BRICS nations.
Through intricate sand drawings and animations, Sahu depicted cultural ties, mutual collaboration, and the role of BRICS countries in global development. The artwork also showcased Puri’s cultural heritage, Jagannath traditions, the beauty of its coastline, and India’s diversity, offering delegates a vivid glimpse of Odisha’s rich traditions.
Sahu emphasised that art remains the strongest medium of humanity and harmony. He explained that his purpose was to convey messages of global unity, peace, and cooperation to the BRICS representatives through this special sand animation.
