The deadline for PM Awas Yojana registration is set for May 15, 2025, as announced by Panchayati Raj Minister Rabi Narayan Naik.

So far, 34–35 lakh people have registered under the scheme, aimed at providing affordable housing to eligible beneficiaries.

Following the registration deadline, officials will conduct door-to-door surveys to verify applicant eligibility. Reports indicate that 3 lakh houses have been damaged, and road issues persist in 500 locations, highlighting the need for swift action under the scheme.

Applicants are urged to complete their registrations before May 15 to ensure their eligibility for benefits.
