Kandhamal: Baliguda police apprehended a person for allegedly killing a businessman at Rebingia under Barakhama police outpost in Baliguda of Kandhamal district on Thursday.
The arrestee has been identified as Bhimasen Behera from the same area.
Reportedly Baliguda police managed to nab the accused person. During interrogation, the accused confessed his crime.
It is pertinent to mention that the incident was a fall out of past rivalry and the accused opened fire under an inebriated state on Nabaghana Sahoo of Bazar Sahi. Following which he succumbed to his injuries.
