The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season has officially resumed after a brief suspension, reigniting the race for the coveted playoff spots.

With 13 matches left in the league stage, teams are recalibrating their strategies following key player exits.

Several players have withdrawn due to personal reasons or international commitments, prompting franchises to make crucial squad adjustments. The IPL has introduced updated replacement rules, allowing teams to sign short-term players for the remainder of the season. However, these replacements cannot be retained ahead of the next auction.

Teams such as Chennai Super Kings, Mumbai Indians, and Royal Challengers Bengaluru have reshuffled their squads to maintain their competitive edge. While some franchises have secured experienced replacements, others are banking on young talents to step up in high-pressure matches.

As the competition intensifies, fans eagerly await the upcoming clashes, which will determine the final four teams advancing to the playoffs. With new faces on the field and revised strategies in play, IPL 2025 is poised for a thrilling finish.
