Coach Craig Fulton’s tactical adjustments—pulling Abhishek into a feeder role and pushing Manpreet forward—paid off as India controlled the pace and space throughout the match. Malaysia struggled to penetrate India’s defense, earning only one penalty corner, which was expertly saved by goalkeeper Krishan Pathak.
