Ayodhya: Glorifying the result of 500 years of struggle and determination, Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra on Monday shared pictures of the Ram Temple, which is currently under construction in Ayodhya for the consecration ceremony of the Ram temple, likely to be in January.
Taking to X (former Twitter), Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra said, “Some pictures clicked at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir construction site this morning.”
According to the Chairman of Ayodhya Ram Mandir Construction Committee, Nripendra Misra, the pilgrims will be able to glimpse Lord Ram’s idol in his child form at the temple in Ayodhya before January 26. The first phase of construction of the grand temple will be completed by December this year.
The date of “pran prathistha” (consecration) has not been finalized yet.
Money for temple construction comes from the people who have undivided faith in Lord Ram. There is no government involvement. About Rs 3,500 crore has been collected through donations.
