A fire broke out at Toshali Bhawan in Satya Nagar, Bhubaneswar, today, sparking panic among officials and staff inside the building.
Preliminary reports indicated that the blaze started in the record room of the building, likely due to an electrical short circuit. Several important documents and files stored in the room were damaged.
Fire services personnel rushed to the spot immediately after receiving the alert and began efforts to control the flames. Police from the Kharavela Nagar station also reached the site to assess the situation.
