To bring support closer to home, ECI has mandated the establishment of State Contact Centres (SCCs) and District Contact Centres (DCCs) in every region. All incoming complaints and queries are logged and monitored via the National Grievance Service Portal (NGSP 2.0), ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
