Ajay Devgn’s crime thriller Drishyam 3 continues its dominant run at the domestic box office, rebounding strongly on its third Saturday despite facing competition from new releases.
Re-emerging as the top choice for moviegoers, the film witnessed a remarkable 61.29% surge in collections on Day 16 compared to the previous day.
Drishyam 3 netted Rs 5 crore on its third Saturday, up from Rs 3.1 crore on Friday (Day 15). This brings its cumulative 16-day net domestic total to Rs 341.6 crore, which translates to a gross collection of Rs 403.1 crore across India.
With this performance, the film has officially surpassed the lifetime domestic figures of Hanuman Ansh to become the third highest-grossing Bollywood release of 2026.
A breakdown of its box office journey reveals a massive opening week of Rs 243.5 crore, followed by Rs 90 crore in its second week. Adding the Rs 8.1 crore generated over the first two days of its third weekend, the thriller remains a major crowd-puller.
Trade analysts estimate that while the Rs 400 crore net threshold remains out of reach, Drishyam 3 is comfortably on track to finish its theatrical run around the Rs 375 crore mark.
