The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the Class 12 board examination results today, May 13, 2026.

Students can download their marksheets from official websites — cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in (results.cbse.nic.in in Bing), digilocker.gov.in, and umang.gov.in.

CBSE reported an overall pass percentage of 85.20%, a decline from last year’s 88.39%. Out of 17,80,365 registered candidates, 17,68,968 appeared, and 15,07,109 passed. Officials attributed the drop of 3.19 percentage points to stricter evaluation and enhanced transparency in assessment.

Thiruvananthapuram emerged as the top-performing region with a 95.62% pass rate, while Prayagraj recorded the lowest at 72.43%. The board extended congratulations to successful students and encouraged them to access their digital academic documents via DigiLocker’s “Parinam Manjusha” repository.

Students can check their results by entering their roll number, school number, date of birth, and admit card ID on the CBSE results portal. The marksheet can be downloaded and saved for future reference. CBSE also made the result link available through SMS and mobile apps for convenience.

The Class 12 examinations were conducted nationwide and abroad from February 17 to April 10, 2026, in a single shift from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.
