Kalahandi: Three persons of a family, including a minor girl, were killed in a head-on collision between a bus and a motorcycle near Dangariguda Chhak under Golmunda police station limits in Kalahandi district today.
The identities of the deceased persons were not known immediately.
Reportedly, the incident took place while the trio was returning from their village in their motorcycle when their motorcycle collided head-on with the bus. The couple died on the spot while the minor was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where the doctors declared her ‘brought dead’.
On being informed, police reached the spot and recovered the bodies for post-mortem. Further investigation is underway into the matter, sources said.
