Bhubaneswar: The body of a Zilla Parishad member was found hanging at his residence in Sisupalgarh area of Bhubaneswar on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as Dharmendra Sahoo. He was Zilla Parishad member of Zone 11 in Gop block of Puri district.
Though the exact reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained, it is suspected that he committed suicide over a family dispute.
On the other hand, he has also shared a social media post before his death. He posted, “My phone has two videos through which you can able to know the truth.”
Following this, Police have initiated a probe and further investigation is underway in this regard.
