The delegation included Ghasiapura MLA Badrinarayan Patra, Anandapur MLA Abhimanyu Sethi, District Council Chairperson Sagarika Sahu, district BJD president Ashish Chakraborty, and former MLA Jagannath Nayak.

The leaders visited Dianali village and interacted with Jitu Munda and local residents to understand the situation firsthand.

Questions Raised Over Police Handling

During the visit, the BJD delegation questioned the actions and response of the police authorities in connection with the incident. They expressed concern over how such a sensitive matter was managed and called for accountability and transparency in the investigation.

The leaders stressed the need for a fair inquiry and appropriate action to ensure justice and maintain public trust.

Background of the Incident
