The disruption is attributed to the late arrival of link rakes, which has impacted the train’s operational schedule.
Operated by the South Eastern Railway zone, this daily superfast service covers approximately 419 kilometers in 7 hours and 35 minutes, halting at 14 key stations including Dhenkanal, Talcher Road, Angul, Sambalpur City, and Jharsuguda Junction. The train departs Bhubaneswar at 13:40 and is scheduled to reach Rourkela by 21:15.
