Starting February 16, the Electronics and IT Department will conduct hearings for Aadhaar-related grievances in Odisha.

Citizens facing issues with Aadhaar can register their complaints on the OCAC portal (www.ocac.in).

Once registered, individuals must carry the acknowledgement slip to the grievance cell located on the ground floor of OCAC Tower. Hearings will be held every Monday, beginning at 10:30 a.m., where complainants can present their issues directly to designated officials.

The initiative aims to resolve a wide range of Aadhaar-linked problems, ensuring smoother access to government services. Authorities emphasised that registration through the OCAC portal is mandatory for participation.

This move is expected to streamline grievance redressal and provide citizens with a structured platform to address Aadhaar-related challenges. From
