Retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Trilochan Majhi has been re-engaged as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD)-cum-Additional Secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi for a period of one year with immediate effect.
According to an official notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievance Department (Notification No. PT1-GAD-SER1-IAS-0023-2016-29108/AIS.I) on September 10, 2026, the appointment follows his retirement from government service upon superannuation on August 31, 2026 (AN).
Prior to his superannuation, Shri Trilochan Majhi was serving as the Ex-Additional Secretary to the Government in the Home Department.
