Pramila Mallik, Chief Whip of the Biju Janata Dal Legislature Party, took charge as Chairperson of the Committee on Public Accounts (PAC) of the Odisha Legislative Assembly for the financial year 2026‑27.
The Assembly Secretariat issued a notification on June 25 confirming her appointment. Speaker Surama Padhy named Mallik as Chairperson under Rule 197(1).
