The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, extended the deadline for online form submission for the Supplementary HSC and SOSC (2nd) Examination 2026 to midnight of May 25. The earlier deadline was May 18.

According to the official press release issued by the BSE President, the extension follows requests from headmasters of high schools across the state. The Board clarified that this will be the final extension and no further relaxation will be granted.

The supplementary examination allows students who could not clear the annual HSC exam to reappear and improve their results. The form‑fill‑up process began earlier this month, and the extension aims to ensure that all eligible candidates complete their applications without difficulty.

The BSE urged school authorities to expedite the process and assist students in submitting forms before the new deadline. The Board also reminded applicants to verify details carefully while filling out the online forms to avoid errors.
