The Odisha Chief Minister’s public grievance hearing session will remain closed on January 26 due to the Republic Day holiday.
This routine program, which allows citizens to voice their concerns directly to the Chief Minister, will not be held on the upcoming Monday as it coincides with the national celebration.
The General Administration and Public Grievance Department issued a statement confirming the closure, emphasising that Republic Day is observed as a government holiday across the state. Officials assured that the next scheduled hearing date will be communicated to the public through newspapers and other mass media channels to ensure transparency and accessibility.
This suspension is a standard procedure for public offices during national holidays, aimed at honoring the significance of Republic Day while maintaining administrative efficiency. Citizens planning to attend are advised to stay updated via official announcements to avoid inconvenience.
