Akhil Kumar Mishra, Additional Director General of PIB and CBC in Bhubaneswar, interacted today with newly appointed contractual employees and trainee journalists from the Regional News Unit of Doordarshan Bhubaneswar.


Mishra offered advice on several important topics, including maintaining a professional demeanour, demonstrating dedication to duty, and fostering personal development in the workplace. He shared insights into effective communication and encouraged young media professionals to cultivate habits that enhance focus, productivity, and skill development in their daily tasks. He emphasised the importance of creating structured work plans and adhering to them with discipline to achieve professional excellence.

The program was also attended by Dr. Abhisek Mishra, Deputy Director and Head of News at Doordarshan Kendra Bhubaneswar; Sudarshan Sahu, News Editor; and Padmalochan Pradhan, along with other officers and staff members from the News Division.
