Fake COVID-19 drug: Odisha Crime Branch STF leaves for Mumbai To Interrogate Chief of Max Relief

Cuttack : A team of Crime Branch STF (Special Task Force) has left for Mumbai to further investigate the seizure of fake COVID-19 drug in Cuttack. The STF will dig deeper into the spurious Favifiravir drug seized from a medical agency in Cuttack. The medicines were supplied by Max Relief Health Care in Mumbai. The STF team from Odisha is expected to interrogate him for dealing with the fake COVID-19 drug. Huge quantities of counterfeit drugs seized from Cuttack in the last few days sparked controversy across the state. The Department of Health has ordered an immediate investigation.
