Ganjam: Calling for local representation in Odisha’s governance, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stirred controversy during an election campaign in Kabisuryanagar in Ganjam district by raking up the issue of the lost keys of the Ratna Bhandar of Shree Jagannath temple.
VK Pandian should find the Ratna Bhandar keys by June 10 or else BJP will find it after forming the government in the state, said Sarma.
VK Pandian knows where are the keys of Ratna Bhandar, but he is not telling. I want to tell Pandian not to play with the emotions of the people of Odisha. It’s enough now. Hand over the keys by June 10, or you will have to spend the rest of your life with the curse of Lord Jagannath,” alleges Sarma in Kabisuryanagar.
BJP will open all gates of Puri Srimandir for the devotees for smooth darshan of Lord Jagannath; the party will also increase the price of paddy per quintal to Rs 3100 in Odisha, says Sarma No reactions were received from the BJD or VK Pandian over the allegations.
