The General Administration & Public Grievance (GA & PG) Department of Odisha has issued a fresh notification announcing significant transfers and postings of senior officials.
According to the directive signed by Special Secretary Ghasiram Murmu, the reshuffle includes changes across departments such as Public Grievance, Consumer Affairs, and Legal Metrology.
🔸 Nihar Ranjan Dash, OAS (SS)
Previously serving as Director, Public Grievance and Special Secretary in the GA & PG Department as well as Secretary of the CM Grievance Cell, Sri Dash has been appointed as Secretary to the Revenue Divisional Commissioner (RDC), Central Division in Cuttack.
🔸 Biskeshan Dehury, OAS (SS)
The current General Manager at OSRTC, Bhubaneswar, Sri Dehury, is now posted as Controller, Legal Metrology-cum-Director, Consumer Affairs and Special Secretary to the FS & CW Department.
🔸 Sukanta Kumar Behera, OAS (SS)
Previously, Additional Director (Administration), EIC (Public Health), Bhubaneswar, Sri Behera, takes over as Director, Public Grievance and Special Secretary to the GA & PG Department. Additionally, he will hold charge as Secretary to the CM Grievance Cell. Note: His earlier posting as Secretary to RDC (CD), Cuttack, as per Notification No. 19131/SCS dated June 6, 2025, has now been cancelled.
