New Delhi: BJP chief JP Nadda said that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is all set to lose Nandigram seat and she is desperately searching for another to contest.
Nandigram witnessed a direct contest between Mamata and her former aide Suvendu Adhikari on Thursday.
Nadda said the people of Bengal are eager to oust Mamata govt lock, stock and barrel. In the first two phases, it is clear that TMC is wiped out and BJP is coming here, Nadda added. The third phase of polling will be held on April 6.
Launching a scathing attack on Congress over five guaranteed promises by Mahajot, Nadda said that their these guarantees also included Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 (CAA) and asked how can a state law overrule a law passed by the Union Parliament?
