The Government of Odisha has appointed Satrughna Kar, OAS (SAG), as the new Director of Town Planning, Odisha.
Currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Housing & Urban Development Department, he will take on the new role in addition to his existing responsibilities.
According to the official notification issued on July 3, this appointment marks a strategic move to strengthen the state’s urban development mechanisms.
