Bhubaneswar: Several parts of Odisha will likely witness a steep rise in maximum temperature, as predicted by the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday.
The maximum temperature (Day temperature) is likely to be above normal by 3-4 degrees Celsius at many places over the districts of Odisha during the next 3-4 days.
Similarly, there will be no large change in minimum temperature (Night temperature) in Odisha during the next 4-5 days.
Some places over the districts of Khordha, Cuttack, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Balasore, Angul, Mayurbhanj including Bhubaneswar City are likely to experience Hot weather condition with above normal maximum temperature by about 5 degree Celsius during next 2-3 days.
