A shocking incident unfolded in Kendrapara as gunfire erupted in broad daylight, leaving a young man injured.
The attack took place in the Balisahi area under Sadar police limits, where three unidentified assailants opened fire on the victim before fleeing the scene.
The youth sustained a gunshot wound to his leg and was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment. Police arrived at the scene and launched an investigation into the attack. Authorities are working to identify the suspects and determine the motive behind the shooting.
