New Delhi: At least 16,103 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, the Union health ministry’s dashboard showed on Sunday.
With this, the active cases now stands at 1,11,711, according to the data.
According to the data shared by the Union Health Ministry, the country saw a total of 13,929 discharges in the last 24 hours, taking the total recovery rate at around 98.54 per cent and total recoveries data reached to 4,28,65,519.
However, in the same period, 31 more people succumb due to the fatal disease.
The daily positivity rate was recorded at 4.27 percent and the weekly positivity rate at 3.81 percent, according to the ministry.
